Hi there, Scott Fitzgerald here

I wanted to write today about power words to use say to people to help gain rapport with them.

So What is the most powerful word to use... Have you guest it yet?

It is someone's name.

Using someone's name when greeting them is very powerful, it shows they are important to you because you have remembered their name. It shows that they are important to you when you met them.

A persons name is the first words people here when they are born, its what their family call them, its what their friends call them... SO IT SHOULD BE WHAT YOU CALL THEM.

Excercise - Drop peoples name in when you greet them and in a conversation. For example when you go to the office and you see the receptionist say "Good morning Debra"
